My dream is that we all start taking better care of ourselves, by eating better, exercising, having healthy relationships, healthy careers and everything else we need, to be at our absolute best. My dream is that we all Get Real about lives, our health and our wellbeing. I believe, that when we start taking better care of ourselves, we become much better people. Not in a selfish way, but in a “I will take better care of myself, so I can take better care of you”-way.
