For me healthy living is about so much more than healthy diet and exercise. Healthy living is looking at all areas of life. Everything we do, think and breathe affects our health and wellbeing. Healthy nutrition and exercise are essential to living our best life, don’t get me wrong, but they are not all. You can eat as much broccoli as you want but if you are unhappy in your job or your relationship, you are never going to be the happy and healthy person you deserve to be.
