I have been on this journey myself. Week after week, I promised myself to start taking better care of myself and I would start on Monday! When Monday came, I either forgot about it or struggled throughout the day and panicked every time I saw someone eat a cookie or a cake!

How many gym memberships have I paid for but never used? How many broken promises to myself, to my family and to my friends? Too many, and it is time to stop the madness!!

It’s not your fault that you’ve been fooled into thinking that restrictive dieting is the only way to reach your goals.

I have a better way! A SUSTAINABLE way! A way, so that you WANT to take better care of yourself and it becomes the easiest task of your life!

This method has been tried and tested on me and on many of my clients. I don’t worry about eating healthy next Monday ever again! I eat healthy, I move healthy and I live healthy! Weight-loss is a welcome side-effect, but it is not the main focus. The main focus is taking one step at a time and learning what is right for you, and only you!

We are all unique indviduals with different needs and preferences where a diet or meal plan that you read about in a book or buy online is not going to work for you!
