How Coaching Can Set You Free?

Coaching is a method for you to get to know yourself on a deeper level. If you are curious abut yourself and want to find out how you tick and what your role in life is, then coaching is for you.

Coaching can also help you heal from the past, because coaching can help you set yourself free from past beliefs and convictions.

As the coach, I ask the questions and I listen intensively. I bring my intuition and many other coaching tools to learn more about who you are and what you want out of life. With each session, I aim to help you discover something new about yourself and give you a safe space to confront your challenges without judgment. Together we’ll identify the actions you need to take to move forward. 

All sessions are confidential to create a safe space for you to explore. I won’t be telling anyone that you are my client. It is up to you to share with whoever you want. 

Not just talking and listening

A coaching session is not just about listening to you. It is also to feed back to you what I have just heard. It is about challenging your current beliefs and to help you see things from a different perspective. 

For each session, you get my undivided attention and I am deeply curious about you. Together, we explore what makes you unique and special. We talk about your challenges and how we can turn them into opportunities for you. 

Sometimes, I like to use the body – actually all the time. Too often, we are stuck in our heads and we can’t see what’s right in front of us. When we go into our body and try to find the answers within, more often than not, we find our true self expression. 

Coaching is not just about insight and finding answers. It’s also about action. At the end of each session, we find out how you can bring your new insights out in the world. Together, we make a plan for you in between sessions, to really anchor all your learnings. 

This dance between insight (being) and action (doing) is why coaching works! It is why coaching can get you where you want to be, even if you are not quite sure where that is yet. Coaching will help you find out.

4 months program in detail

Here is what we would go through in a typical 4 months program. Everyone is unique and individual, so all programs will, of course, be tailored to your unique needs.

In general this is what we would cover:

  • Session 1: Discovery of you! Your values, your inner strengths and distinguish your different parts
  • Session 2: Mindfulness in your life
  • Session 3: Calming your nervous system
  • Session 4: Healing your inner child
  • Session 5: Listen to your body
  • Session 6: Meet your inner critic with self-compassion
  • Session 7: Befriend your emotions
  • Session 8: Be true to yourself now and in the future
