Unresolved childhood trauma can show up in many different ways. Even if the trauma has past, your body is still holding on to it and it can be expressed in different ways. For example as trouble sleeping, difficulties trusting, low self-esteem, fear of being judged, constant need to please, outbursts of anger or frustration, social anxiety symptoms or avoiding conflict.
This all results in being really fatigued, anxious and generally unhappy. And when you are not at your best, you can’t be the best parent you want to be.

This is a scary question, I know. But you won’t be alone to explore the answer.
The details
The healing circle meets once per week, except during the Luxembourg public school holiday. The group will remain small and intimate, to make sure you get the attention you need.
- We will meet on Wednesdays during your lunch break from 13:00 – 14:00 CET (12:00 – 13:00 UK time).
- You can buy 6 sessions and come when you want
- Sessions are online on Zoom and not recorded
There are 6 rounds per year:
- January to mid February
- End of February to beginning of April
- End of April to mid May
- End of may to beginning of July
- Mid September to end of October
- Beginning of November to mid December
Every week, we will focus on a new topic, learn new tools and practice them during the week.
Week 1: Building trust
We start by laying the foundation for our relationship. We’ll explore key challenges and set goals for your personal development for the program and beyond.
Week 2: Mindful meditation
We will explore the role mindfulness plays in your healing, its benefits and challenges to incorporate it in your life.
Week 3: Calm body
In order to heal, your body must be in a healing state. We will explore your relationship to your body and learn tools to calm your nervous system.
Week 4: Befriend your emotions
Emotions are a natural part of life, but we learn to fear them. We will explore your relationship to your emotions and learn more about a healthy relationship to your emotions.
Week 5: Who are you behind your trauma?
This week we will explore your values and find out what is important to you. We are all unique beings, and have unique values. We will discover what is uniquely yours.
Week 6: Self-Compassion
Being kind to yourself in the moment of suffering. We will explore your inner critic and find out how we can show ourselves some compassion.

Your investment for the healing coaching circle is

for 6 sessions.

Spaces are limited to 6-9 because I want to give you the attention you need for your healing.
