Job and self-care coaching in Luxembourg

Whatever your story is, it is important to know that being happy and fulfilled is part of being fully present in your life and contributes greatly to your health and wellbeing. We spend so much time working (almost 80 % of our lives), that it can have significant repercussion on our health and wellbeing if the job drains us or makes us unhappy. Healthy living is not only about eating right and exercising, it is also about feeling fulfiled in our day to day job.
It all started when I wanted to help out my friend and professional Co-Active Coach to start her business. Her focus was around career and developing peoples potential. I never thought our expertises could join forces and develop such beautiful synergy, yet it did. After our first workshop, I realised how much fun I had and how amazing it felt when a participant felt really clear about their next step in their career or working life. What a thrill!
Together, we decided that we make up an excellent team and we need to further develop this concept.
Dorothée Schneider, Co-Active Career Coach, has over 10 years of experience in HR, focussing on people’s development and unlocking potentials. When clients come to see her, they are mostly stuck, frustrated, disappointed and her passion starts when supporting them to open new perspectives, gain new positive energy and create an AHA-effect.
We are not recruiters and will not offer you your dream job. We will, however, help you find out what you want, what is holding you back and what your next step is. We are two professional co-active coaches who have joined forces and designed a series of workshops to help you create more self-awareness in your situation, discover your blockers and guide you to unlock your full potential.
Our workshops are divided into 3 modules, each with their own focus. They are designed to be taken in order, one after the other. They last 2 hrs each and we host them throughout the year.
We all experience stress. This we cannot take away. The problem is when the stress becomes so overwhelming that it starts to affect your mental and physical health. When our reserves are depleted and we have nothing more to give, this is when it becomes dangerous. Self care is key here and must be used to fill up your reserves, your cup, so you have more to offer and more resources to handle your situation and this will build resilience. You can’t pour from an empty cup! So, start filing up yours!
