Healthy habits MYTHS!

There are so many myths about healthy living and I would be so happy if we could debunk some of them.

I have gathered the most common ones I hear that make my toes cringe.

Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard or something that is “not for me”, it can be fun, rewarding and it is definitely for everyone. 

I completely turned my life around when I became a health coach. I quit smoking, drank less, increased the quality of the foods I was eating and introduced routine and mindfulness in my eating habits.

…and the result? I have never felt better. I used to hate my body, always feel like the “fat” girl in any groups, could never find jeans that fit and hated looking at myself in the mirror.

If I can change, so can you.
