I'm Anne Louise and I help you be true to yourself so you can live your best life.

My passion for this work comes from my own childhood trauma experience. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember. When I had my own children I knew I needed to heal my past so I wouldn't pass it on to them.

This took me on a journey of self-discovery and healing. With my training, my personal experience, and my skills as a sensitive empath, I deeply care about your healing and am committed to helping and guiding you on your journey.

  • Children don't do as you say, they do what you do. You become their role model. 
So the big question is HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH YOUR PAIN? 

We so want our kids NOT to feel pain and never to suffer. But in taking away their pain or shielding them from hard things, we are not helping them in their life. Life can be hard and your children will meet challenges in life - this is inevitable. So do them a favour and teach them how to deal with hard stuff, instead of ignoring it or taking it away. 

How do you teach your kid that? 

You become their role model. Children dont do as you say, they do what you do. So the big question is HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH YOUR PAIN?
