Julie shares her story about being diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder and how it is affecting her. It can be difficult to know that you are suffering from anxiety, because the feeling of fear is very individual. Julie believes, she had her first anxiety attack at just 5 years old. So, by now her anxiety almost feels like an old friend. 

We both agree that it is so important to talk about anxiety because there is so much that is not understood and it is still so taboo in our society.
