Losing weight or making changes to your diet or lifestyle are really hard things to do – if it was easy, then I don’t think we would have an obesity epidemic. In addition, I am in the process of losing weight and I can tell you first hand that it is not easy!

I think that the key to success is to have a support network. What better way than to make changes together?

This autumn I am offering group coaching sessions.

I am really excited about this. We will meet for 6 evenings and talk about what is really behind it all and what our biggest struggles are. Together we will find ways to make awesome changes to your life!
